E-Max, Inc. is an Internet marketing company specializing in web development and financing and owns and operates several web sites including www.ownapieceofamerica.com, www.ownapieceofamerica.us, www.veryclevergifts.com and www.favoritefreebies.com.
Ms. Peters will be responsible for the Internet marketing efforts of the \"Own a Piece of America\" website along with her concurrent responsibilities for her own company, Peters Associates.
Two years ago E-Max launched http://www.ownapieceofamerica.us which offers Land in any state in the USA to Internet visitors for as little as $3.95 (per square inch lot). The company markets one square inch parcels of land located in each and every state in the USA. The website is a gift site in which visitors can purchase attractive Deeds inscribed with their names, individually numbered, and the legal land deeds can be bought framed or mounted on a plaque.
The free land being distributed is a part of E-Max, Inc\'s subsidiary American Acres, vast land holdings in each state - land purchased one acre at a time, state by state, by the New York City based company. A \"no action\" letter was issue by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as the Attorney General of New York State stating that the deeds are to be sold as novelty items and not as investments. In fact, there is a long list of \"Covenants and Restrictions\" on the www.OwnAPieceofAmerica.com website and visitors should take heed.
Ms. Peters is starting in his new capacity immediately.
